Complaint About Cleaning Services

Dear Property Management, I am writing to formally raise concerns about the quality of cleaning services on our floor (Floor 32) over the past month. Specific Issues: 1. Trash bins are not being emptied daily as per our service agreement 2. Restrooms are not being adequately stocked with supplies 3. Common areas show visible dust accumulation 4. Conference rooms are not being cleaned after use Impact: These issues are affecting our work environment and have been noticed by both our staff and visiting clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining professional standards, and the current cleaning situation is not meeting those standards. Previous Communication: We raised these concerns informally with the cleaning supervisor two weeks ago, but we have not seen any improvement. Request: We request an immediate meeting to discuss this matter and develop an action plan to restore cleaning services to the expected standard. We would also like to understand what measures will be put in place to ensure consistent quality going forward.
